1. Purpose
This website is operated by Codiste Pvt Ltd. Advertising or promoting this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering by spam or unsolicited bulk messages is not allowed. What follows holds Codiste and everyone acting for it.
2. Scope
Every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider falls under this policy, as does anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email, SMS, and messages across social or professional networks are all covered, sent singly or in quantity.
3. Prohibited practices
In connection with this website, not one of the following is allowed:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or put to use in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.
- Further promotional contact with a recipient once they have asked for it to end.
- Promotion of this website by spam or unsolicited bulk messages, whether by an employee, a partner, a vendor, or a third party.
- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links within spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
Electronic messages go out only where the law permits, and only within these bounds:
- Messages the recipient has asked for or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact within an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Each of those names Codiste as the sender, carries an accurate subject line, sets out valid contact details and a physical postal address, and gives a plain way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Opt-out requests are acted on without delay. An address that opts out is added to a suppression list and stays clear of further promotional messages, save where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out demands it. Suppression records are kept so that re-contact does not occur.
6. Third-party compliance
Anyone sending messages for Codiste or on its behalf is bound by this policy and by every applicable communications and data-protection law. Engaging a third party grants that party no licence to reach for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading sender information, or any other prohibited practice in promoting this website.
7. Reporting and enforcement
A message you believe breaches this policy should be reported to nishant.bijani@codiste.dev. Send a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers where you have them. Codiste will look into the matter, halt any non-compliant activity, and may end the access or engagement of anyone in breach.
